WHO WE ARE

The Northeast Ohio Balloon Pilots Association is an organization that represents lighter-than-air enthusiasts from all across the Midwest. NOBPA promotes ballooning safety through education.

NOBPA is an organization comprised of both balloon pilots and crew, NOBPA been in existence since beginning in 1980.  We encourage anyone who has an interest in lighter-than-air flight to join us. Please browse our website to learn more about our community and the sport.
